As we run around living life, it's so much fun to encounter folks who have endured life's tough and ongoing situations but they seem to come out the other side of their situations with a positive and encouraging mindset. This ongoing interview series is a celebrity spotlight on local folks who live and work creatively helping others in the JerseyNYC area. Below, Gregory Burrus Productions Interviewer Lynette Sheard has a conversation with NJ Resident CC Minton, who is very positive and creatively living life. Listen and enjoy:

NFL Super Bowl Business Partner
From a business perspective, CC the-homebody-turned-entrepreneur secured a New York/New Jersey NFL Super Bowl XLVIII business connection partner contract to serve nutritional food. With very little expertise in this area, she read the contracts, contacted those in the know and figured out what had to be done. Success awaited her efforts, as the team she pulled together provided a complete set of bits and bits services at the 2014 New York, New Jersey Super Bowl Game. Minton was front and center on Super Bowl Sunday at the private VIP tailgate party prior to the game. Read more: West Orange Resident Scores Super Bowl Deal - TAPinto
Celebrity Interviewer
CC is also a celebrity interviewer and loves to interact with people. In her journey to rediscover life, she also has an effect on folks so much so that they actually sing songs in her name. If you are creative, then folks get creative with you, and as interviewer at the South Mountain Blues Festival, you see they sang her name and she held a great interview session with the Dean Shot band.

As you can see, CC began her journey in the kitchen of her home and created a path that led her to one of the most beautiful homes — The White House, which is undoubtedly a very beautiful space.
She continues her mission to empower people to make lifestyle choices using passion, purpose and real estate. She credits her humanitarian efforts and experiences in the community for defining her purpose in the world.
She has a few no-nonsense, very interesting ways of helping folks succeed and grow in life with real estate, such as:
I Love Beautiful Spaces - The beauty of residential real estate investments and how they appreciate over time. The opportunity to create active and passive income. Reflecting your desires, personality, and style.
A Diamond in the Rough - A signature program, designed for women, that provides a blueprint to assist in defining their real estate investment goals by identifying hidden real estate opportunities, funding them, and turning them into a gem that profits.
