Ringler is rather new and hot News in the South Jersey music scene. Made up of Evan Lynch's strong and unique vocals and catchy bass tones, as well as Kyle Boucher's twinkly guitar melodies, and Austin Romanski's harsh and vivid drumming. Their sound doesn't necessarily follow a specific genre, but they make out for an overall enjoyable sound that no other band in the area is able to match. Soon enough, Ringler, will be putting out a full length under Cheap Plastic Records.
Family Values is a three piece from Mays Landing, New Jersey. The alternative/emo band consists of Nico Musitano, Dan Mattera, and Tim Waldon. Tim and Dan were both involved in the band Whitebridge and decided to part ways with them and begin Family Values. They put out their debut EP in June of this summer called The Difference Between Seeing and Believing.
Water polo is an alternative/indie band from Philadelphia, PA. The four piece band is made up of Matt Short (guitar and vocals), Joe Lynch (guitar and vocals), Dave Scott (bass and vocals), and Eric O'Niel (drums). Water Polo's last release was in July of last summer and was a split with Housecat.
Puddle Splasher, from New Jersey, is a three piece indie/rock band. Their most recent release, "Separate States" was put out early this month. With this show on Sunday, Puddle Splasher will be wrapping up their US tour.
Table Talk from Long Island, New York is a four piece punk/rock - indie/emo band, consisting of Rob Rizzacasa, Jon Argondizza, Sal Salamone and Ryan O'Rourke. Table Talk has released a self-titled EP early this summer in June.
The collective energy of all of the bands as well as the variety of genres, easily matches the expectations anyone would have of a summer house show. This Sunday, at 5pm in Mays Landing, bring your friends, BYOB, have a good time while enjoying good music.
