Home Forever - 4th Annual Summer Jam

Satuday, June 25th, Haddonfield, NJ

By Alex Bradley

The time has come again for members of the South Jersey music scene to come together.  The profits from this upcoming show will be donated to the National Eating Disorders Association.  While not benefiting a specific person, this is still important to support.  Eating Disorders are not immediately thought of, to most, as being deadly.  In fact, eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of any mental illness.  According to genpsych.com (GenPsych PC is a NJ mental health outpatient treatment provider with various levels of care), up to 24 million people in the United States of all ages and genders suffer from an eating disorder (anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder).

This event has been set up by Home Forever Collective, and is the fourth annual “Summer Jam.”  The show will be held on Saturday, June 25th, at Grace Church in Haddonfield, NJ.  The address is 19 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, NJ.  Home Forever Collective is a booking, recording, and promotion company based in the North East region of the United States.  Headlining this show will be Dryjacket, who are an Indie Rock band hailing from Marlton, NJ.  Dryjacket are currently signed to Hopeless Records.  Home Forever Collective has managed to put together an incredible line up for the fourth year in a row, and now again for a great cause.

The supporting acts will be Your Persona (from Hammonton, NJ), Proud Parents (Elmer, NJ), Casting (Washington Township, NJ), and finally In Theory, members of Home Forever Collective (Swedesboro, NJ).  There have been multiple benefit shows specifically for Matt Campione of Your Persona in the last year.  Matt has been being treated for testicular cancer.  As of May 17th, he has been deemed cancer free.  Having been taking a break from shows for a while due to Matt’s treatment, Your Persona will surely put on an amazing show.  With all the bands being incredibly talented and as well being of close, yet varying, genres, the show will surely be entertaining for all who attend.
